Moskowitz Travels to Israel, Jordan as Part of Congressional Delegation Led by Speaker McCarthy
In Israel, Moskowitz marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the State of Israel

Jerusalem, Israel – Today, Congressman Jared Moskowitz (D-Florida) announced he has traveled to Israel and Jordan as part of a bipartisan congressional delegation led by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Photos from Moskowitz’s trip are linked here.
“Given current events in the region, I am honored to have had this important opportunity to travel to Israel and Jordan with Speaker McCarthy,” said Moskowitz.“We met with senior Israeli leaders on a wide range of issues concerning political developments in Israel, regional security in the Middle East, the peace process, and the U.S.-Israeli bilateral relationship.”
“As we mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the State of Israel, I want to reaffirm the U.S. enduring friendship and commitment to Israel’s security. Yom Ha’atzmaut Sameach!”

In Israel, Moskowitz met with Israel President Isaac Herzog, Speaker of the Knesset Ohana, visited the western wall of Jerusalem, and visited the Church of the Holy Sepulchre—more details to come later Moskowitz’s time in Israel.
In Jordan, Moskowitz met with His Majesty the King, Abdullah II of Jordan, and His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, Hussein Bin Abdullah. In addition, Moskowitz met with the U.S. Ambassador to Jordan, Henry Wooster, where they discussed current events related to Jordan.
