All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.
Obtaining a White House tour can be very difficult. It is very important to follow the below guidelines for your application to be considered.
The following are policies determined by the White House for those requesting tours through Congressional Offices:
- White House tour requests must be submitted a minimum of 21 days in advance and no more than 90 days in advance of the requested tour date(s). Reservations cannot be accepted for tour dates outside this 21 – 90-day window. The tours are on a first come first serve basis.
- Public tours are typically available from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, excluding Federal holidays or unless otherwise noted. There are no White House Tours on Sundays or Mondays. If your tour is confirmed, please note that you will be assigned a specific time and cannot be changed. The White House tour schedule is subject to change, with little notice, based on inclement weather or official use. The White House reserves the right to cancel tours on any date.
